Response Efficiency

A response is sent to 50% of emails within 8 hours, under 1 hour for 18%. In 2017, our goal is to answer 80% of questions within 6 hours. We can answer you in 6 languages: English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish.

Our customer service is operational from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, and on weekends for the Netherlands. We do not answer any of your questions by automatic mail, special attention is given to each of your emails.

  • Where is my order ?

By visiting your account, you can see the status of your order (Pending / In Production / Shipped) and have access to the tracking link if it has been sent.

  • How to track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to inform you with the follow-up link inside. If there is a problem with the link or the tracking of the parcel, do not hesitate to contact us!

  • I can not upload my image.

Make sure your image is in .jpg, .gif, or .png format, that it does not exceed 6MB and that your internet connection is sufficient.
