The latest phone from Motorola has a 5.5 inch AMOLED display and a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels. In addition, the Moto Z runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Quad Core processor. You can also store enough on the 32GB or 64GB of internal memory. This can also be further extended by micro SD card. Additionally, you can run multiple things at the same time on the phone with 4GB RAM.

The phone has a 2,600mAh battery that you can recharge via a USD Type-C cable, provided in the box when you buy it.

Besides the standard Moto Z, there is also the Moto Z Force. This version has a slightly thicker casing. This version is also protected by Motorola's ShatterShield, so this phone is better protected if dropped. In addition, it has a better camera; 21 megapixels. The phone has a better battery at 3,500mAh.

There are now several mods that you can place on the back of the phone. Examples include:

  • JBL Sound Boost speaker
  • An InstaShare projector
  • Power packs
